Main application:
Type GWB series high-efficiency poreless coater is mainly used for Chinese traditional medicine and Western medicine tablet, tablet and film. It is a new type multifunctional coating equipment according to the requirements of GMP.
Features:
1. The drum of coating is poreless structure. The inner wall is smooth, non dead corner and not easy to break the coater.
2. low energy consumption and wide application scope;
3. Equipped with particular cleaning and discharging device, it convenient to clean.
4. The spray gun is made in Japan. It has no instant dropping and leaking, and has good pulverization effect.
Working principle:
The machine is composed of the master motor, spraying supply for compound material, hot-air purifying, dedust, ventilation and electric operation system. Bounced by the aprons, the uncoated tablets keep roaming irregularly in the drum. Pressure supplied by the atomizing and feeding system and coating agent is automatically applied to the surfaces of the tables through nozzles or droppers. It achieves the instant and even drying of the coating medium and forms a layer of firm, dense and smooth film on the surfaces of the tablets .(The duckbill fans can be set at blowing and sucking ) .
