Main application:
Type YTG series mobile lifting charging machine is mainly applied in conveying, lifting and charging for powdery and granule material in pharmaceutical enterprises. It can be combined with mixer, granulator, tablet compressing machine, capsule feeder. With the optimum technological process, the pollution and dust are decreased efficiently and the labor intensity is reduced. It is an ideal equipment for enterprise to carry out the GMP production and management. It also is applied in chemical, light industry and food industry.
* It is made of stainless steel (304). All parts contacting with materials are polished. The lifting arm slot is separated. The whole machine features flexible with fine appearance.
* With electricity-liquid integration technology, it is stable and reliable in performance. With the jointed arm, it is controlled with flexibility. It can be self-locked in any height with safe operation.
* The optimum structure is adopted according to GMP requirements.
* The seal device is used in hopper to prevent dusting when the charging basket turns. In pharmaceutical factory, if required, the charging basket can be sealed with seal cap and the material can be stored in sealing.
*It is equipped with butterfly valve. If necessary, dismount the valve and clean it.
* Dumping hopper designed, it is easy to clean.
* Equipped with special cartwheel, protect the road without damage.
* Oil tank designed; avoid the hydraulic oil pollution in cleaning area.

Working principle:
Type YTG series mobile lifting charging machine is mostly composed by trolly and lifter. The lifter is composed by machine frame, hydraulic lifting system and hopper turning machine, as well as is equipped with airproof taper hopper, barrel and discharging butterfly valve that is easy to clean.
Seal up the taper hopper and the barrel filled with material closely before working. Start up the lifting operated rod to make the hopper lift together with the barrel. Start up the turning operated rod. The barrel can turn over in 180°. The mobile trolly is connected with the filling inlet. Open the discharging valve to charge conveniently.
