Main application:
1. Dry the damp granules and powder in the industry of medicine, foodstuff, feedstuff, chemical industry and so on;
2. Dry screw extruded granules, swing and vibrating granules, high-speed mixing

3. Dry big granules, small or adhesive block granules.
Features:
1. Because the structure of fluidized bed is round, it avoids dead angle.
2. Being equipped with stirrer, it avoids conglomeration of damp raw materials and channel forming in the process of drying.
3. The cloth bag filter at the top of drier is made from anti-static fiber. So its operation is safe.
4. Adopting inclinable discharging mode, it discharges quickly and completely.
5. The design of negative pressure operation is in according with the GMP standard.
Working principle;
Air is guided from the bottom by suction ventilator after heating and purifying; then gets through the mesh plate of hopper and forms liquid under the action of mixing and negative pressure in working room. And water is vaporized quickly and is removed along with exhaust so that the material is dried quickly.

Round structure
The cloth bag separating room is of round structure. Both the upper and lower flanges of hopper are charged for sealing.

Designed to the standard, the cloth bag separating room is of square structure and the hopper adopts cylinder top lifting structure.
