This machine is designed for pressing various granular raw materials into round. It is suitable for mass production. The structure is of double-press type with 2 sets of filling device and 2 sets of pressing wheel. The movable disc is equipped with 33 sets of pressing dies, so 66 tablets are produced by each evolution of the rotation. When operated, the rotate speed, the depth of filling material and the depth of tablet are all adjustable. The mechanical cushion device is equipped for preventing overload from damaging components. Besides, powder collection box is also equipped on one side of the machine for collecting powder dust during operation, avoiding block and reusing raw material.
