    This machine is developed by absorbing foreign and domestic advanced technology. It is widely used for natural rubber, composite rubber, plastic and other powder material’s processing.
Ⅱ Structure:
     This machine is composed by two sets of crushing machines, cyclone collecting machine and whole set of electric appliance. The main machine is composed by machine frame, main motor, stepless conversion motor, feeding device, regulating deice and a pair of stationary, mobile grinding trays. The basic principle is to cut, grind material through the relative movement of two grinding trays to reach the objective of crushing. It adopts air cooling and water cooling devices to control crushing temperature effectively and to guarantee the quality of crushed material. The feeding mechanism adopts stepless conversion. So corresponding feeding speed can be regulated according to different materials; thus, it can reach the best product. This machine has the advantages of compact structure, low noise, high output, low energy consumption, easy operation, convenient disassembly, no environmental pollution and even fineness, etc.
